Dumbbell Front Raises: 8@22.5 lbs, 8@22.5 lbs
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 12@50 lbs, 10@60 lbs, 10@60 lbs
Hammer Curls: 10@35 lbs, 10@35 lbs, 10@35 lbs
Seated Cable Curls: 10@30 lbs, 10@30 lbs, 8@40 lbs

20 min cardio

I’m exhausted!! Adrenaline was pumping..and i had to control my ego at the door before i lifted heavier than my meathead brain could handle.
I find that when there are a ton of guys at the gym who lift lighter weight than i do..i get the urge to show off. Not a good thing lol…so i was very proud of myself for keeping myself in check (kind of lol)
