Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Low Row: 10@95 lbs, 10@95 lbs, 10@95 lbs, 10@95 lbs

It wasn’t much and it wasn’t heavy..my goal was to feel it in my lats..and I did. So I’m happy. Not looking forward to cardio later, but I’ve got to do what must be done.
