Tricep mini training

Did a mini training tonight..not very long at all. Note: never go to the gym at Hilltop on Monday night.

Tricep Pressdowns: 12@40kg, 10@60,kg, 10@70kg

Overhead Tricep Extension: 12@45lbs, 12@65lbs, 10@75lbs. (weight not heavy enough)

Close Grip Bench Press: 12@85lbs, 8@135lbs, 10@135lbs.

Not sure why i didn’t hit maxes tonight, but i will not make that mistake again on tricep day lol.
